What information do you need for an OEM quote?
Mechanical dimensions, mounting requirements, voltage (12V/24V/AC), control interface, target flow rate, tube size and estimated annual volume. The more detail, the faster the quote.
Can you build pumps to our existing drawings?
Yes. We work from customer drawings, samples or reference units. For ODM projects we also develop the complete design in-house.
How many channels can a multi-channel pump have?
Typical configurations range from 2 to 12 channels per drive. Share your channel count and flow requirements and we will propose a layout.
What are typical lead times for OEM projects?
Prototypes are typically ready in 1-2 weeks after spec confirmation; mass production follows the agreed schedule, usually 3-6 weeks depending on volume.
Do you offer private label and custom branding?
Yes — ODM covers custom colors, logo printing, labels, packaging and user documentation under your brand.
What is the minimum order for OEM production?
