Why These Heads Earn Their Place
±1% Flow Accuracy
Stepper-driven rollers deliver repeatable flow batch after batch — essential for media dispensing and chemical metering.
0.1-600 rpm Speed Range
From slow crystallisation feeds to fast transfer cycles, one head covers the full lab-to-production spread.
13#-18# Tubing Compatibility
Swap tube sizes to change flow without changing the head. One head, a whole flow range.
Reversible & Self-Priming
Run forward for dosing, reverse for purging. Self-priming and dry-run tolerant, so startups are forgiving.
Low Shear, Gentle Pumping
Peristaltic action is kind to shear-sensitive fluids — cells, polymers and emulsions stay intact.
Minimal Maintenance
The tube is the only wear part. Replace it in minutes — no pump teardown, no specialist tools.

FAQ
Questions Buyers Ask
What is the difference between YZ15, YZ35 and LP15-6?
They differ in tubing capacity and flow window. YZ15 handles 13#-18# tubing for flows up to ~2280 ml/min, YZ35 accepts larger-bore tubes for higher flows up to 4560 ml/min, and LP15-6 is a compact low-profile head for space-constrained OEM builds. All share the same 0.1-600 rpm drive range and ±1% accuracy.
How do I choose the right pump head?
Match the head to your required flow and tubing size. If your target flow fits within 13#-18# tubing at your drive speed, YZ15 is the usual choice; need more flow, step up to YZ35 or a larger bore tube.
What tubing do these heads accept?
All standard 13#-18# sizes — platinum-cured silicone for clean fluids and PTFE-lined composite for aggressive chemicals. See our tubing page for the full size chart.
Can pump heads be mounted in my own equipment?
Yes. YZ15, YZ35 and LP15-6 heads are panel- and bracket-mountable, and we supply them bare for OEM integration or complete with a drive.
How long does the tubing last?
Tube life depends on speed, pressure and fluid chemistry. As a rule of thumb, run at the lowest speed that meets your flow and replace the tube on a set schedule — we help you pick the right material to maximise life.
Do you supply spare tube sets?
Yes, in every standard size, packed per head. Volume pricing applies for distributors and OEM customers.
