What is the minimum order quantity for OEM builds?
MOQ depends on the module and volume pricing tier. Prototype sampling can start from a single unit; production MOQs are agreed at the drawing stage and are typically modest for the industry.
How does the OEM/ODM process start?
Share your drawing or specification — even a sketch is fine. We confirm feasibility, materials, cost and timeline, then move to prototype sampling.
Can you customise the control protocol?
Yes. PWM, pulse counting, RS485 and custom command sets are all within our standard build options. Specify your controller and we match it.
Do you support 12V and 24V operation?
Both are standard, and we can configure for your exact supply rail, including battery-powered portable instruments.
Can you supply multi-channel pump modules?
